How to message creators from Kasheef

Updated:

In Kasheef you write a message once, and it goes to each creator separately, under their own name, from the TikTok agency account you linked to the panel. You see live who got it, who didn't, and why.

Before you start

  • You need a verified TikTok agency account linked to the panel. Without one, the Messages page sends you to link an account.
  • Messages only go to eligible creators. Creators who haven't been checked or can't be invited are taken off the list, and you see who was removed and why before you send.

A single message

Press “Send a message” on the creator's profile. In the small window that opens, pick the sender and a template if you like, write the text and send. If the creator isn't eligible, the button is off and the reason is shown under it. The top of the profile shows the last message sent to this creator and its result.

A bulk message

  • Pick recipients: from Messages › New message, or by pressing “Message” in Leaders, on a live stream or on a profile. On the new message screen you can search creators by name and add them.
  • Pick the account and the sender. The sender selected first is set in Settings › Messages.
  • Write the message or pick a template.
  • In the confirm step, see how many people it goes to and who was removed and why, then choose “Send now” or “Schedule”.

Personalisation: {name}, {username}, {agency}

Wherever you write {name}, each creator's own name goes in; {username} becomes their TikTok username and {agency} your agency's name. To use a different name for {agency}, set it in Settings › Messages › Personalisation. Example: “Hi {name}, we've been following your streams for a while. Would you like to join our agency?”

Templates

Save messages you send often in Messages › Templates. They come up with one click on the new message screen, and you can change them before sending. You can also start from one of the ready-made examples.

How a send goes

  • Messages go one at a time, with a 4–8 second wait between them to keep your account safe. There's no limit on the number of messages.
  • Eligibility is checked again right before each message. A creator who has moved to another agency in the meantime gets nothing and is marked “not sent”.
  • The send's page shows live how many messages went, how many didn't arrive and the time left.
  • You can pause, resume or cancel the rest at any time.
  • “Retry undelivered” prepares a new message for the ones that didn't arrive. A message whose result is unclear is never resent on its own, so no creator gets the same message twice.

Scheduling and sending hours

Bulk, scheduled and automatic messages only go out within the sending hours in Settings › Messages. The hours are in the time zone in your agency profile, or Istanbul time if none is set. A send that falls outside them starts at the next opening. A single message always goes. Use “Schedule” to set a bulk send for a later time.

Not messaging the same creator again

If you choose 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days in Settings › Messages, creators who got a message within that time are taken off bulk and automatic sends. On a single message you only see a warning.
