What do the eligibility statuses mean?
Updated:
Kasheef shows an eligibility status next to every creator: whether you can invite them to your agency. The status comes from asking TikTok with the agency account you linked to the panel. It's never a guess.
The statuses
- Eligible: you can invite the creator to your agency. It splits into normal and premium invitations.
- Premium: the creator can join with a premium invitation.
- Not checked yet: the creator's eligibility hasn't been checked.
- In other agency: the creator currently works with another agency.
- Pending invitation: the creator has an invitation they haven't answered yet.
- Multi-account mismatch: TikTok won't accept the invitation right now because of a restriction on the creator's accounts.
- Invite disabled: the creator has turned off agency invitations, or their account is restricted.
- Not found: TikTok couldn't find this user. The account may be closed or the username may have changed.
In the panel, the filter groups these into three: Eligible (with Premium and Normal under it), Not checked yet, and Not invitable (the other statuses).
The automatic check
Once you link a TikTok agency account, Kasheef starts checking the creators in your market on its own: first those on today's board, then the archive. The top of the Archive page shows how many creators have been checked, how many are eligible, how many are still queued today and the estimated finish.
In Settings › Eligibility › Eligibility check you set:
- Daily limit: the most creators all your accounts check in a day. A high limit raises the risk of TikTok slowing your account down.
- How long a result stays valid: older results are checked again. With the recommended setting, eligible lasts 7 days, pending invitation 3 days, in another agency 60 days and the rest 7–30 days.
- How far back in the archive: how recently a creator must have been seen to be checked.
- Sharing between accounts: if you have several accounts in one country, which one does more of the checks.
Today and Archive
Today shows creators seen in the leagues in the last 24 hours, in league order. Archive lists those not seen for 24 hours, most recently seen first. Both pages use the same eligibility filter, and in Archive the league filter goes down to sub-leagues.
On Today, a creator marked “No LIVE today · yesterday X” was seen in the last 24 hours but hasn't gone live yet in today's league day. Yesterday's diamonds are shown next to it.
