How do TikTok Live leagues work?
Updated:
TikTok Live ranks creators into leagues in every market. Leagues are grouped by letter (A, B, C, D) and each letter is split into five sub-leagues: A1, A2 … D5. A1 is the top league. For an agency, the league is the quickest signal of where a creator stands in their market.
Where does the league score come from?
A creator's league score is made of the diamonds they receive from gifts while live during that league day. The score grows through the day and resets when the league day ends.
The league day starts at a different hour in each market
The league day doesn't reset at midnight; it resets at each market's own hour. Kasheef doesn't guess that hour: it measures the moment scores reset across a market and counts daily diamonds by that market's league day.
Some countries share the same leagues
Not every country has its own leagues. Many Arab countries, for example, share one set of leagues, as do Argentina, Chile and Ecuador. Kasheef shows these as a single market, so the same creator is never counted twice.
How Kasheef reads the leagues
- It scans every sub-league of every market every 10 minutes.
- It records each creator's league, rank and league change (rising, falling, new) on the board.
- It stores a day's diamonds as the highest league score of that league day, so the end-of-day reset never erases it.
- Creators who drop off the board stay in the archive with their last league and rank.
