How to be the first to catch a TikTok LIVE creator leaving another agency
Updated:
A creator who is with another agency today may be free tomorrow: contracts end and creators switch agencies. The agency that notices first is the one that messages first. Tracking this by hand means checking the same creators again every day.
1. Put the ones you'll follow on a list
Open a list in Smart Eligibility, for example “With rival agencies”. Add creators by @username or profile link; any creator seen on Kasheef's league boards can be added. Those shown as with another agency on the Today board or in the Archive are a good start.
2. Choose how often to check
The list is checked again at the interval you choose, using the TikTok agency account you connect to the panel. You can check important lists more often; checks share your accounts' capacity.
3. Hear about it when the status changes
When a creator moves from another agency to invitable, the change lands in the list's Changes tab. In the notification settings you choose to hear about it in the panel, by email or both.
4. Let the message go out by itself, if you like
In Messages › Automatic, set a rule with the condition “A creator became invitable” and pick this list as the source. The moment a creator is free the message is queued; choose “Ask me first” and it comes to you first. Eligibility is checked once more right before sending.
Worth knowing
- Kasheef doesn't show the name of a creator's agency; it only shows whether they're with one.
- Nobody can know in advance when a creator will be free; the list just makes sure you don't miss the moment it changes.
- Eligibility is found out by asking TikTok with the account you connect; it isn't guessed.
