When should you message a TikTok LIVE creator?
Updated:
The best moment to message a creator is when you can actually invite them to your agency. A message sent while they're with another agency or have a pending invite usually goes nowhere. So timing is first about eligibility, not the clock.
The moment they become invitable
- The automatic check regularly asks about the eligibility of creators in your market, using the accounts you connect.
- Smart Eligibility tells you in the panel, and by email if you like, when a creator on your list changes status.
- An automatic message rule queues the message for you when a creator becomes invitable, opens to Premium invites or shows up in your market for the first time; it can ask for your approval first.
Checked once more right before sending
Kasheef checks the creator's eligibility once more right before every message. If they've moved to another agency or received an invite in the meantime, the message doesn't go and the reason shows in Sent. This check can't be skipped.
Sending hours
In Settings › Messages you choose the hours messages go out. Sends outside those hours wait and continue when the window opens. A creator's heatmap shows when they're active, which can help you pick the window.
Don't message the same person twice in a row
The no-repeat period in settings stops a second message reaching the same creator too soon. If several people on your team send messages, it keeps the same creator from being contacted again and again.
In short
Eligibility first, then the clock. Catch the creator the moment they become invitable, send at suitable hours and don't message the same person twice in a row.
