2. Buyer
The agency name, email address and billing details you give when signing up and at checkout. The buyer is the person who starts the subscription on behalf of the agency.
3. Service
Kasheef is an online software service for TikTok Live agencies. A subscription opens the chosen market's live league board, diamond leaders, creator profiles and archive, eligibility checks, messaging from the panel and live stream viewing for the length of the chosen plan. The service is delivered online; nothing is shipped.
4. Price and payment
- The price is the chosen plan's price per market (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and includes VAT.
- Checkout shows the total, the currency and, where it applies, the prorated amount for unused time.
- Payment is taken by credit or debit card or another method offered on the payment page. Card details are not stored by Kasheef; they are processed on the payment provider's secure page.
- The invoice is sent electronically to the email address you give at checkout.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
- Weekly and Monthly plans renew automatically. The renewal date and amount are shown on the Subscription page.
- The Daily plan is one-off; it ends after 24 hours and does not renew.
- You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. A canceled subscription stays open until the end of the paid time and then does not renew.
- A single market can also be canceled; it stays open until the renewal date.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to intangible goods delivered instantly. A Kasheef subscription starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. At checkout you separately confirm that the service starts immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. No payment is taken without this confirmation.
7. Complaints
Send requests and complaints to info@kasheef.org. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
