Cancelling your subscription

• Press "Cancel subscription" on the Subscription page. The subscription stays open until the end of the paid time and then does not renew.
• If you change your mind, "Resume subscription" on the same page turns renewal back on.
• You can also cancel a single market; it stays open until the renewal date. The last market can't be canceled on its own; cancel the subscription instead.

Refunds

Because the service starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, amounts paid are not refunded and there is no right of withdrawal (Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15). No refund is made for the remaining time of a subscription or market canceled during a period.

Wrong or duplicate charges

If the same payment was taken twice, or a technical error kept the service from opening at all, write to info@kasheef.org. Any amount found to be due is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. How long the bank takes to show the refund varies by bank.

Suspension

If the service is used against the Distance Sales Agreement (for example reselling the service or sending unlawful messages), the seller may suspend the account. In that case amounts paid are not refunded.
