Buyer: the person who accepts this agreement at checkout on behalf of an agency registered with Kasheef. The buyer's name, email and billing details are those given at checkout.
Article 2 · Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations for the sale and performance of a Kasheef subscription bought online through kasheef.org and app.kasheef.org, in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Article 3 · Service and price
- Service: use of the Kasheef panel for the chosen market(s) for the length of the chosen plan. Plans and what they include are listed at kasheef.org/en/pricing.
- Price: the total shown at checkout, VAT included. Each market costs the chosen plan's price.
- A market added during a period is charged in proportion to the time left until the renewal date.
- When moving to a longer plan, the unused time is prorated off the new plan's price.
Article 4 · Payment
The price is paid in advance using a method offered at checkout. The seller does not store card details. For auto-renewing plans the renewal price is collected on the renewal date from the same payment method or through a payment link sent to the buyer. If a renewal payment fails, the subscription stays open for 3 days and then ends if it is not paid.
Article 5 · Performance
The service opens in the buyer's Kasheef account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped. The seller provides the service with reasonable care and continuity; maintenance, updates and changes on third-party platforms such as TikTok may cause short interruptions or gaps in the data.
Article 6 · Renewal and cancellation
- Weekly and Monthly plans renew at the end of each period with the same plan, markets and currency until the buyer cancels.
- The buyer can cancel the subscription or a single market from the panel at any time. A canceled subscription stays open until the end of the paid time and does not renew. Amounts paid are not refunded.
- A move to a shorter plan takes effect on the renewal date.
Article 7 · Right of withdrawal
Because the service is performed instantly online, the buyer has no right of withdrawal under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The buyer accepts that by confirming at checkout that the service starts immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Article 8 · Buyer's obligations
- Keep account details confidential and use the account only for their own agency and the team members they invite.
- Follow applicable law and TikTok's rules in messages sent from the panel and in the TikTok accounts they connect.
- Not resell the service or copy data in bulk and pass it to third parties.
Article 9 · Personal data
The buyer's personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 to provide the service, for invoicing and to meet legal obligations.
Article 10 · Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above them. Where the buyer is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
Article 11 · Entry into force
The agreement is concluded when the buyer confirms at checkout that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Pre-Contract Information. The seller keeps a record of the acceptance (document version, date and time) and sends a copy of the agreement to the buyer's email address.
